These Terms govern your use of chateauavant.com and the Chateau Avant SMS marketing program, both operated by ThunderBear Fulfilment LLC, the legal entity that owns the Chateau Avant brand. By using the site or subscribing to our SMS or email programs, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to subscribe to the Chateau Avant SMS program.
Chateau Avant SMS Marketing Program
Program description
The Chateau Avant SMS program is a recurring marketing text-messaging program. Subscribers receive a welcome message containing a 10% off discount code redeemable at Amazon, plus occasional promotional offers, product announcements, and restock notifications from Chateau Avant.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies, with an expected average of fewer than four (4) messages per month.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Chateau Avant does not charge for the messages themselves, but your wireless carrier may charge for text messages and data based on your wireless plan. Please contact your carrier for details.
Opt-out
Reply STOP to any Chateau Avant text message at any time to immediately opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further marketing texts will be sent. Other recognized opt-out keywords include STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT.

Reply HELP to any Chateau Avant text message for support information. For additional help, email aschilling@gmail.com.
How to opt in
You can subscribe by entering your mobile number in the signup form on chateauavant.com and checking the consent box. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Supported carriers and disclaimer
The Chateau Avant SMS program is available on most major US carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Metro by T-Mobile, and Virgin Mobile. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Information collected through the SMS program is handled under our Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Use of the site
You agree not to use chateauavant.com in any way that violates applicable law, infringes anyone's intellectual property or other rights, or interferes with the operation of the site.
Intellectual property
The Chateau Avant name, logo, photography, copy, and design are owned by ThunderBear Fulfilment LLC. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the site's content without our written permission.
Products and pricing
Chateau Avant products are sold through Amazon. All product purchases are subject to Amazon's terms of sale, return policy, and pricing. The Chateau Avant SMS and email programs may share discount codes redeemable at amazon.com. Specific code terms (expiration, single-use, eligible products) are stated at the time of the offer.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThunderBear Fulfilment LLC, its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or the SMS or email programs.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or the SMS program after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
